Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pittsburgh. This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral interventions to students and supporting families and schools.

You will evaluate students, write comprehensive assessments and reports, and supervise RBTs and other staff implementing behavior-analytic interventions. The position includes a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• State BCBA license is required.
• Experience with IEPs/504 plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral intervention services based on students' IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in behavioral intervention.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff implementing behavior-analytic interventions.

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career!

You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention. You will also supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
