Job summary

Point Quest Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a BCaBA to support assessment and treatment of students with behavioral needs in a school setting. You will implement BIPs, collect data, and work with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive outcomes.

The role requires active BCaBA certification, a bachelor's degree, and experience with FBAs in education; DOJ/FBI clearance may be required by state policy. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff with implementation; collect, analyze, and graph data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
