Job summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP/PA) for a school-based health program in Vashon, WA. The role is on-site, part of a grant-funded program with standby summer weeks.

Responsibilities include independent patient care, vaccinations, testing, and care coordination within a team-based setting. Strong emphasis on confidentiality, HIPAA, and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and current ARNP license.
• DEA licensure and board certification are required to practice.
• BLs certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Room patients independently; perform vitals, vaccines, injections, and basic procedures.
• Manage medication dispensing and point-of-care testing; handle phlebotomy and lab samples.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure timely completion of clinical records and paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA in all patient interactions.
• Attend required trainings and adapt schedules to school-based needs.
