Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license and ARNP license or PA-C with prescriptive authority in WA
• DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
• BLS certification
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines
• Preferred: 1+ year AP provider primary care experience

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions in primary care.
• Conduct patient consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide preventive care and health education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in mentorship and continuous improvement within the team.
