REAL Journey Academies seeks an Associate Clinical Social Worker - AOD to provide counseling, case management, and prevention services in our charter school community.

You will collaborate with school staff, deliver group and individual counseling focused on substance use, develop prevention curricula, and coordinate referrals to community resources while maintaining confidentiality. Evening/weekend availability and a MSW are preferred.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in Social Work or related field of study.
• Experience with at-promise students and in school settings preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups, presentations, monitoring programs, and report writing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling focused on substance use and its effects on students’ well-being.
• Develop and lead substance use education programs and prevention campaigns.
• Coordinate with community organizations for resources and referrals.
• Maintain case records and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA/FERPA.
