Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher degree required.
• RBT certification or pursuing it with guidance from a BCBA.
• 1 year of direct ABA experience preferred.
• Alternative qualifications may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with the BCBA to review data and determine effectiveness of interventions.
• Update and maintain calendar for student support, behavior intervention and/or direct therapy.
• Prepare and assist in creating instructional materials (e.g. visual supports, DTT materials, Task Boxes).
• Establish and maintain accurate records and data collection, including Medicaid requirements.
• Provide ABA strategies with direct supervision from the BCBA and collaborate on program development.
