Job summary

INTERCARE Therapy is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism in classrooms during the 2026/2027 school year. No ABA experience required as paid training is provided, with 1:1 ABA support and collaboration with families and teachers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Currently enrolled in college or completed college courses welcome.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Be part of a team that supports consistent progress and growth.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to maximize outcomes.
