Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026/2027 school year. You’ll work 1:1 with students in classrooms using ABA, assisting with communication and daily living skills. Paid training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team.

The role is part-time with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and pay ranges from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour. A high school diploma is required; college coursework or degrees are preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

• Ability to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Clarity in collaboration with families, teachers, and supervisors.
