Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving goals in IEPs, including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
