Job summary

Audio Enhancement is seeking a Full-Time Install Technician in Alpharetta, GA. You will install AV equipment in schools, troubleshoot on-site issues, and assist field engineers and managers with commissioning. Travel is typical, with a focus on staying organized and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of audio-visual equipment and electrical work.
• 1–2 years’ installation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Word/Outlook/Excel.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Able to read wiring diagrams or building plans.

Responsibilities

• Install Audio Enhancement equipment in schools and other locations.
• Troubleshoot equipment on site and resolve issues.
• Assist Field Engineers and Managers with commissioning.
• Keep job sites clean.
• Complete project reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Overnight travel about 2 weeks per month.
