Job summary

Amergis in Beloit, WI is seeking a School Aide to assist students requiring instructional and behavioral support under the supervision of the special education department.

The role may also provide support for personal mobility and therapeutic care needs as established by health professionals. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR if applicable, health certificate, TB/PPD or chest x-ray where required, and being at least 18.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Current health certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Works with students requiring instructional and/or behavioral assistance under supervision of the special education department and supervising designee.
• May provide support services for personal mobility and therapeutic care needs as established by a health professional.
