Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Rolling V Bus Corp offers a CDL Training Program that allows you to 'Earn and Learn' by working as a School Bus Aide while training to become a licensed school bus driver. This program provides a pathway to higher earning potential and flexibility once licensed.

Program Details

• Classes scheduled every 8 weeks.
• Company provides classroom and behind-the-wheel training for CDL Permit and license.
• Starting hourly rate: $17.00 during work and training as a bus aide.
• Training sessions are about 2 hours midday, scheduled to avoid conflicts.
• Post-license pay varies: $17.00/hour for van, $20.00/hour for bus, with additional hours possible.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on transporting children safely and on time, involving:
