YMCA of Superior California is seeking part-time School Age Leaders for our School Age Program in Sacramento. You will work with a team to supervise children under the Site Director, planning recreational activities, homework help, snacks, and enrichment that support social and emotional learning.

The role requires a minimum of 48 college units in ECE, Recreation, Developmental Psychology or related fields, plus DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance and a TB questionnaire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college units in ECE, Rec, Developmental Psychology or related fields.
• Must pass Department of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance.
• TB questionnaire required.

Responsabilités

• Teachers work closely with the Site Director to ensure proper supervision of children.
• Plan and implement recreational activities, homework help, snack, and enrichment for social and emotional learning.
• Complete duties as assigned within the School Age Program.

• Teachers work closely with the Site Director to ensure the proper supervision of children.
• Responsible for planning and implementing recreational activities, homework assistance, snack, and enrichment opportunities that support children’s social and emotional learning.
• Minimum of 48 college units in ECE, Recreation, Developmental Psychology or other related fields; Under 48 units would require you to pass a school district para educator exam.
• Must pass Dept. of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance.
• TB questionnaire.
