You will provide homework assistance, manage a cheerful classroom, plan age-appropriate activities, and coordinate with families and the Site Coordinator. The position requires a high school diploma and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a classroom setting and with children preferred.
• Willingness to update training and comply with licensing and professional development.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Must be able to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework assistance in one-on-one and small groups.
• Supervise children and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and clubs.
• Engage with parents and communicate progress.
• Maintain documentation for services, progress, and attendance.
• Collaborate with team and report to the Site Coordinator.
• Assist with center transportation plans when required.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
