Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation is hiring a School Age Enrichment Specialist for the Ada area. You will monitor development and implementation of school-age academics and curriculum, working 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, within the Douglas H. Johnston Building.

Responsibilities include developing and evaluating curriculum, planning engaging activities, coordinating resources, and serving on leadership teams to guide program quality and compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• State Teacher Certification and minimum age 21.
• Background check and valid Driver's License required.
• Must complete 30 hours of early childhood training annually.

Responsibilities

• Develops, revises, and implements curriculum to ensure learning objectives.
• Researches innovative curriculum and coordinates purchases of materials.
• Delivers comprehensive lesson plans and engaging activities.
• Plans safe, age-appropriate environments and family engagement activities.
• Maintains records and supports staff with training and development.
• Participates in field trips, staff meetings, and program events.
