Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Croydon Village School for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role is part-time, non-exempt and follows the school calendar with afternoon hours from 2:15 to 5:30 pm in Croydon, NH. Compensation is $14.65–$18.00 per hour, with employer-paid childcare and a range of benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
• Medically cleared of communicable diseases incl. TB.
• Must be warm, friendly, upbeat with strong people skills.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with children.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities, plus homework completion).
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Assist with attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
