Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Lead for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA, for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is part-time and non-exempt, following the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon programs.

Compensation is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for both morning and afternoon shifts. Employer-paid childcare is offered to eligible employees as a featured benefit.

SCHEDULE

Follows the school calendar

Morning Program: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Afternoon Program: 3:05 PM-6:05 PM

Opportunities may be available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.
