Job summary

TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics in Fargo, ND seeks a School-Age Childcare Coach to plan and lead engaging activities, mentor children, and maintain a safe, inclusive space after school hours. You will build relationships with students and families, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with a friendly team to support development through movement and play.

This role offers after-school hours from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential additional hours for summer, specialized

Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children in educational, childcare, or recreational settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van/activity bus (or willingness to learn).
• A passion for creating a fun and supportive environment for children.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• $14.00 to $24.00

Hours

• 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Additional hours may be available for the Summer Session, Special Needs and Recreational Departments, and weekend birthday parties.
