Job summary

TNT Kid's Fitness in Fargo, ND is seeking Preschool Coaches to create a fun, safe environment and deliver age-appropriate activities that foster skill development. You will build relationships with children and families while implementing the curriculum with energy and care.

Shifts vary by season, including mornings, afternoons, and some Saturdays. Training, safety guidelines, and ongoing certifications are provided to support your growth in youth fitness and developmental education.

Qualifications

• Passion for building relationships and positively influencing youth through movement.
• Maintaining required certifications; TNT will train any needed skills.
• Experience in gymnastics or ninja athletics, or related teaching roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and positively influence youth through movement.
• Complete administrative tasks for scheduled classes (attendance, skill tracking, evaluations).
• Teach age-appropriate activities and enforce gym safety rules to keep participants safe.
• Perform nightly cleaning duties and gym reset tasks.
• Stay current with TNT events and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain certifications relevant to the position; TNT will train required skills.

HOURLY WAGE:

$14.00 to $24.00

Responsibilities And Preferred Requirements

• All candidates must have a passion for building relationships and positively influencing youth through movement
• Unlock Potential while learning all content needed to teach the curriculum
• Complete administrative tasks associated with scheduled classes (attendance, skill tracking, evaluations, etc.)
• Keep customers safe by teaching age-appropriate activities and enforcing gym safety rules.
• Complete all nightly cleaning duties and gym reset tasks.
• Stay current with upcoming TNT Events.
• Maintain all required certifications pertinent to position (TNT will train all required skills and certifications)
• Experience as a gymnast or ninja athlete, or working as a gymnastics or ninja coach, childcare employee, preschool teacher, para educator, or elementary teacher preferred
• Attending, interested in attending, or graduated from university for: Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Physical Education, Psychology, Primary Education, Developmental & Adaptive Physical Education, Exercise Science, Coaching, Nursing, Health Education, or Special Education.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Physical tasks such as moving, adjusting, and setting up equipment upwards of 50lbs.
• Ability to position self in multiple ways to ensure safety through performance of specific skills.
• TNT is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly and self-reliant.

TNT's Preschool Coaches may work in the following programs:

• Baby & Toddler gymnastics
• Preschool gymnastics

Hours Will Vary With This Position Throughout The Year

• Flexible scheduling including training hours
• Shifts Available:
  • Monday-Friday 8:45 AM-11:15 AM & 3:45 PM-7:30 PM
  • Saturday 11:30 AM-5 PM
  • No experience necessary
