Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Crothersville Elementary School in Crothersville, IN. The role is part-time and non-exempt, with pay of $14.50 per hour and a schedule that follows the school calendar (morning 6:45 AM–8:00 AM; afternoon 2:30 PM–6:00 PM).

• 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
