Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for the Before & After School Program at Mason Elementary School in Mason, NH. The role follows the school calendar with a split schedule: mornings 7:00–8:45 a.m. and afternoons 3:15–6:00 p.m., with potential for both slots.

Ideal candidates are energetic, patient, and reliable team players who enjoy guiding children through play and learning. The program emphasizes safety, engagement, and positive family communication.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with kids preferred.
• Health clearance including TB screening required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the program.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and serve as a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance, registration, and staffing.
