Celebree Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join the Caliday School Age Program in Owings Mills, MD. You will support the Program Director and School Age Teacher in before- and after-care activities, helping create a safe, learning-focused environment for children.

The role emphasizes age-appropriate activities, positive behavior guidance, parent communication, and maintaining classroom standards in line with MSDE-OCC regulations and company policies.

Mansioni

• Assists with the management of the program space, ensuring compliance with all MSDE-OCC regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming and friendly environment for all children, parents and visitors.
• Assists with the implementation of activities that are age appropriate and stimulating in accordance with the provided Caliday curriculum.
• Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsels children as needed using Conscious Discipline and appropriate behavior management techniques.
• Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on program happenings.
• Maintains open and effective communication with team, parents and school community.
• Ensures that the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom environment is appropriately maintained.
• Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the program and works with the School Age Teacher and/or Program Director to resolve.
• Maintains yearly certification requirements including Continuing Education Credits.
