Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts and pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

You will lead regulatory compliance, supervise staff and children, coordinate activities, and communicate with families via the Playground App. Employer-paid childcare and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or Human Services, plus 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 30 credit hours in related fields, plus 2 years.
• Associate's Degree in related field plus 3 years.
• Associate's Degree with 30 credit hours plus 4 years.
• Must pass a full background check and be medically fit.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Maintain child and staff files, attendance, and documentation onsite.
• Lead engaging activities (STEAM, fitness, academics, arts, homework support).
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling; communicate with families.
