Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Senior Manager, Awards to provide leadership and oversight of institutional, foundation, and external scholarship programs. You will ensure equitable access, compliance, and timely awarding of funds, partnering with Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, Foundation staff, IT, and academic departments.

You will lead a team, manage communications with students and donors, monitor postings, and drive process improvements to support enrollment, persistence, and completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Two years of experience with scholarship management, financial aid, or grant management.
  • Official transcript will be required.
  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for scholarship programs and award processes.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff.
  • Monitor scholarship postings, awarding activities, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate scholarship communications and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and enhance operational processes and service delivery.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to expand scholarship awareness and student engagement.
