Job summary

College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas seeks an experienced philanthropy professional to lead the Foundation Scholarships program. You will oversee the full cycle of scholarships, establish eligibility criteria, manage funds, and ensure donor and grant compliance.

Reporting to the CSN Foundation Executive Director, you will build relationships with donors and college programs, recruit volunteers, prepare materials for boards, and ensure timely, accurate grant and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-5 years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of nonprofit fundraising experience and fund management.
• 1 year of experience in scholarship eligibility criteria, and agreements.
• 1 year of experience with grant management (expenditure, reporting, and compliance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of Foundation scholarships and manage endowed funds.
• Develop protocols, policies, and best practices for scholarship programs.
• Maintain a robust scholarship database and ensure donor/compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with CSN Foundation and college departments; liaison with Financial Aid.
• Provide weekly reports, board materials, and support donor relations.
