Job summary

NEVADA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION INC seeks an Advancement Associate to support business development, donor relations, and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Advancement Manager, this role helps cultivate donors, manage CRM data, and coordinate fund agreements at our Summerlin Las Vegas office.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and proactive, balancing multiple projects and communicating professionally across all levels to strengthen NCF’s philanthropic presence in Southern Nevada.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years in business development or related support roles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and ability to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Support meetings with donors, prospects, and advisors and assist with follow-up and reporting.
• Maintain CRM records and data entry to support development and engagement efforts.
• Assist with donor and advisor engagement strategies and fund setup.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of fund agreements and related docs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on campaigns and activation.
