Job summary

Sky Ranch is seeking a Guest Services Scholarship Coordinator to support families through registration, manage the scholarship program, and coordinate committee reviews with accuracy and care.

You'll handle applications, monitor attendance, and process discounts while ensuring a seamless experience for campers and their families. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential, with attention to confidentiality and teamwork in a church-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Experience in a call center or camping environment preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and programs.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; basic internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote the annual Sky Ranch Scholarship Program, including applications, communication, eligibility review, and award distribution.
• Serve as the primary contact for scholarship applicants and TRU Camp partners, ensuring a smooth registration experience.
• Maintain accurate scholarship and registration records and provide year-over-year reporting.
• Facilitate and support the scholarship committee process and documentation.
• Monitor camp attendance and availability to maximize scholarship opportunities.
• Administer discount programs and support guest services operations, including waitlists and account questions.
