Job summary

Sky Ranch in Colorado is seeking aTrailhead Internship participant to assist with retreat preparation, cabin turnover, and guest experiences. You will help in cooking, cleaning, and maintaining space readiness for retreat groups while collaborating across housekeeping, retail, and hospitality duties.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong English communication. The role requires physical activity and on-camp housing during the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One to two summers of camp experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with retreat prep, cooking, cleaning, and cabin turnover after groups depart.
• Maintain camp cleanliness through work projects and deep-clean days.
• Support operations across housekeeping, retail, food service, hospitality, admin and maintenance as needed.
• Attend operations meetings and participate in staff functions as requested.
