Job summary

Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation is seeking a Grants & Finance Coordinator to support scholarship disbursements, financial operations, and fundraising efforts. You will ensure accurate records, timely communications, and coordination across platforms and stakeholders.

This role covers finance, grants administration, and advancement tasks, with a hybrid in-office schedule after an initial 90-day period, plus competitive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in nonprofit finance, grants, or scholarship administration.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and donor/CRM systems (e.g., Blackbaud, Salesforce, or FENXT).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial data across accounting systems and prepare invoices.
• Track payments, reconcile charges, and support audits.
• Coordinate scholarship and grant disbursement records and communications.
• Support donor contributions, invoices, and year-end gift statements.
