Job summary

UAH College of Business seeks a Financial Aid Manager to oversee all aspects of the Office of Financial Aid, ensuring accurate and equitable administration of federal, state, and institutional aid programs. You will manage scholarships, budgets, and compliance across multiple committees and coordinate with campus partners.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex regulatory requirements while guiding daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Must manage deadlines and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional scholarship budget over $40 million and ensure compliance with Title IV and NCAA rules.
• Oversee scholarship applications and renewals, advising committees on selections.
• Coordinate with Athletics for athletic scholarship compliance and reporting.
• Maintain scholarship disbursement schedules and donor/endowed scholarship agreements.
• Lead scholarship committees and communicate timely outcomes to recipients.
• Supervise staff and manage the Scholarship Manager software with IT and campus partners.
