Diocese of Tucson seeks a Scholarship and Enrollment Manager for St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School in Casa Grande, AZ.

You will oversee the stewardship program, including scholarship applications, registration, and collection activities to support the school and diocese in evangelization and education. Under the principal’s direction, you will maintain strong Catholic values, manage family relations, and coordinate with STOs across the state.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to the mission of fostering lay leadership in the Roman Catholic Church.
• Must be a practicing Roman Catholic or abide by Catholic principles in life and work.
• Experience with parental choice options in the state is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scholarship applications, registrations, and collections under the principal's direction.
• Develop and maintain a scholarship database and timelines.
• Prepare periodic scholarship updates and reports for the principal.
• Meet with families 1:1 to discuss scholarship needs and contract signings.
• Collaborate with school leadership on fundraising, marketing materials, and publicity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
