Job summary

Colorado State University Foundation in Fort Collins is seeking a Digital Engagement Center Program Manager to lead the student-driven fundraising hub and its staff. You will hire, train, and supervise up to 25 student interns, manage outreach campaigns, and analyze results with the Annual Giving team.

The role is fully on-site with a Sunday–Thursday, 11am–8pm schedule and reports to the Associate Director of Annual Giving for Digital Strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by employment start date.
  • Two years of experience in non-profit, customer-facing, or administrative roles.
  • Ability to work irregular, fully on-site schedule Sunday-Thursday 11am-8pm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one by start date.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Digital Engagement Center, including scheduling and supervising shifts.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate performance of DEC interns and intern leads.
  • Partner with Associate Director to develop strategies, scripts, and identify audiences.
  • Administer DEC software and CRM to activate outreach campaigns and track performance.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate DEC results with CSU Foundation and university partners.
  • Collaborate with gift processing and IT teams to optimize data usage.
  • Cultivate relationships with CSUF partners and university partners for outreach.
  • Resolve issues quickly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Deploy interns to support Annual Giving initiatives.
  • Integrate student-driven fundraising into non-digital channels and projects.
