Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Instruction: Develop season plan, practice schedule, and competition calendar.
• Teach Scholar Bowl strategies and build knowledge across core subjects.
• Prepare students for conference, invitational, and state competitions.
• Team Management & Supervision: Recruit, select, and maintain rosters; supervise practices and travel.
• Coordinate transportation, chaperones, and district policy compliance.
• Communication: Maintain records, manage communications with families and admins.
• Professionalism & Role Modeling: Model positive behavior and sportsmanship.
• Attend coaches’ meetings, orientations, and wrap-ups.
