Key responsibilities
  • Supervises scheduling staff and ensures timely completion of scheduling tasks while maintaining high patient satisfaction
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and oversees the workflow of appointments and scheduling activities
  • Participates in staff training, performance evaluations, and development while acting as a role model for excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare scheduling environment
