What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones and handle calls in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule patient examinations according to company policy while maintaining positive interactions
- Ensure accurate collection and recording of personal, financial, and insurance information
- Pre-certify exams with insurance companies and verify insurance for same-day appointments
- Maintain an up-to-date database of current and potential referring physicians

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in using computer systems and typing
- Ability to handle a multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls
- Must be available for onsite training for 6 months or until successful training requirements are met

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
- Bilingual skills
