Job summary

Gundersen Health System, through Emplify Health, is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to ensure efficient appointment scheduling for patients in the Neuroscience Department. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and support the care team.

The role is 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), with Monday–Friday shifts from 7am–5pm. On-site in Onalaska with hybrid eligibility after training; a high school diploma and strong communication are required, with scheduling experience a bonus.

Job Specifics:
