Baylor College of Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic procedure scheduler to arrange Gastroenterology outpatient procedures and educate patients through their journey. This role partners with physicians and uses BCM/BSLMC EPIC to schedule dates, times, and locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, working Monday to Friday in a on-site setting at the McNair Campus.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The section of Gastroenterology & Hepatology is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and procedure scheduler to schedule Gastroenterology general GI outpatient procedures. The position requires patient education and navigation through the patient's journey, including preparing patients for the procedure the procedure and scheduling the procedure with Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) & Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center (BSLMC) EMR. The candidate will work closely with physicians and procedure schedule. The candidate will work Monday - Friday, 8hrs daily. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service to out patients.
This position is located at our McNair Campus.
