An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Patient Contact Center. This role involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient information is accurately collected. Job Summary: Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls with the intent of scheduling patients, ensuring a match of physician-specific scheduling guidelines with patient appointment preferences. Collects and maintains accurate, basic patient information relating to registration and insurance. Answers all non-scheduling related questions and directs non-scheduling calls to the appropriate department.
Job Duties:
Patient Contact Center hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Internet requirements: Employee required to have/supply: Cable modem, (high speed, only - No DSL or Wireless Cellular Service or Satellite Service) The minimum requirement is:
Computer must be connected to the internet via Ethernet cable; wifi is not permitted unless a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is used for the wifi connection.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - (Required)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year - Related work experience (Required)
