Job summary

Texas Health Hospital Rockwall is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support patient appointments at our Plano-based clinic. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and involves coordinating scheduling tasks and assisting patients.

You will interact professionally with patients and colleagues, deliver excellent service, and work in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with internal and external customers to provide excellent service to patients and visitors.
• Coordinate scheduling tasks in a fast-paced multi-provider clinic and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with team members to support scheduling operations and patient flow.
