Job summary

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated scheduling coordinator for Outpatient Rehab. The role coordinates the scheduling of surgeries and related procedures, ensuring accurate times and resource availability.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments using computerized systems, communicating with physicians, staff, patients and families to provide pre-procedure instructions, and performing insurance verification and pre-authorizations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No licensure/certification/registration required.
• No experience required.
