Job summary

Carrier is hiring a Scheduling Manager at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will own daily and mid-term production scheduling, balancing demand and capacity to meet customer commitments.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in production planning/scheduling; strong MRP/ERP and capacity planning knowledge; CPIM preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and eligibility for short-term incentives.

• 5+ years of production planning/scheduling experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Solid knowledge of MRP, ERP systems and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to build and manage short- and mid-term schedules and balance line load.
• Experience tracking adherence-to-plan, service and inventory KPIs.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills.
