Skanska is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Atlanta to develop and maintain the program-wide schedule and financial reporting across projects. You will build the project CPM, analyze critical paths, and collaborate with engineers and project teams to refine schedules based on drawings and contracts.
The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in construction scheduling, strong Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the program-wide schedule and financial reporting system for projects in a specific location/region. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing schedules and financial management reports, providing solutions for issues, analyzing project impacts, and monitoring progress. The Scheduling Manager develops a complete draft of the project CPM and then reviews and refines the draft in collaboration with the project team. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts related to schedule requirements.
