Linesight is seeking a Lead Scheduler in New York to manage and optimize project schedules for large hospitality/gaming projects. You will lead a team of schedulers, coordinate across trades and stakeholders, and ensure schedules align with the project execution plan, delivering value for clients and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor the scheduling team, drive baseline updates, and facilitate planning sessions to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Proven experience as a Lead Scheduler on large hospitality/gaming projects.
• Experience leading and developing scheduling teams.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.

Responsabilités

• Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methods.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all outcomes across trades & stakeholders.
• Adhere schedules to project execution plans, contracting, procurement and control strategies.
• Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.
• Manage the integrated project schedule and present reviews at multiple levels.
• Lead and mentor a scheduling team to deliver project success and growth.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners for client value.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates through analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
• Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support QRA processes.
• Resource-load schedules as required by the project team.
• Prepare scheduling best practices and procedures.
• Review external schedules for best-practice alignment.
• Lead the team to deliver high quality and client value through mentorship.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan methodology
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes coordinating across multiple trades & stakeholders
• Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans
• Ensure there is a clear method in place for base-lining of schedules and manage periodic updates
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow review at a range of levels and details
• Lead and mentor an established team of schedulers, providing guidance, oversight and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional development
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress through expert analysis and reporting
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions
• Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process
• Resource load schedules as required by the project team
• Preparation of scheduling best practices and procedures
• Review external schedules to ensure that they are compiled using scheduling best practices
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value by fostering an environment of top performance and growth through excellent mentorship and leadership

• Have proven experience as a Lead Scheduler on large-scale Hospitality and/or Gaming projects

This is an on-site position, based in New York.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.

The salary range for this role is between $127,000 and $176,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
