Responsibilities

• Scheduling: This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project.
• Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule installation appointments.
• Assisting installation and production team with office tasks and customer service.
• Accurately and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.
