Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to guide homeowners through scheduling after a sale. You will coordinate between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams to schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments during evening and weekend hours.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes $18/hour with benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and organizational
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
• The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• A calm, friendly, solution-focused approach with customers
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn scheduling/CRM platforms (such as rForce and Salesforce)
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale is completed.
• Serve as the main point of coordination between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours.
• Help keep scheduling accurate and efficient by entering and updating scheduling information in systems.
• Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointment times and details.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
• Ensure clear communication between sales and operations teams.
