Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Administrative healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
  • Capable of handling high volumes of phone calls and messages.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments according to provider availability and area coverage.
  • Prioritize urgent appointments and coordinate timely scheduling.
  • Ensure messages are distributed and followed up appropriately.
  • Reschedule appointments as needed and update insurance information.
  • Maintain provider daily appointment quotas and aim to schedule new patients within 3–5 business days.
  • Obtain insurance preauthorizations and contact patients when providers need to reach them.

Job Summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a diligent and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in the Waco, TX office. This full-time, in-person role will involve managing and coordinating schedules efficiently to support our growing operations in the House Calls department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth scheduling processes and enhancing team productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling patient appointments in adherence to Provider availability/area.
  • Prioritize urgent appointment task and schedule them accordingly
  • Assures that all messages are completed and distributed appropriately
  • Reschedules patient appointments as needed
  • Reviews and updates patient insurance information
  • Manage a high-volume workload, effectively prioritize tasks to remain organized, promote prompt and courteous service
  • Displays excellent communication skills
  • Reaches out to referring sources for patients expressing difficulty with scheduling
  • Updates account information at the point of scheduling
  • Maintains provider daily appointment quota
  • Have new patients scheduled within 3-5 business days
  • Insurance preauthorization
  • Places calls to the patients for the providers when needed
  • Handles voicemails daily and ensures all inquiries are handled properly
  • Correctly notate patient charts to maintain up to date accuracy
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Administrative healthcare experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate several software databases throughout the day
  • Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff
  • Effective communication across various mediums of communication with staff and patients
  • Strong written skills
  • Capable of managing high volumes of phone calls

PAY RATE-$18.00 AN HOUR
