Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD seeks a Scheduling Coordinator for coordinating staff schedules and delivering resident-focused customer service. Compensation is $25.50–$30.00 hourly, commensurate with experience.

Two years of scheduling in home care or senior living is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and time-tracking software such as UKG Dimensions or Kronos is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules to align with care plans and resident needs.
• Provide resident and family education about programs and services.
• Evaluate resident needs and recommend services accordingly.
• Manage resident schedules for private duty care as indicated on care plans.
• Triages questions from residents, families, and employees; resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to Aides for non-clinical performance issues.

Join our Home Support team as a Scheduling Coordinator! The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of staff as well as customer service support to our residents.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $25.50 - $30.00 hourly.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Work collaboratively with care providers in matching them with residents to strive for consistency in care.
• Educates residents and families about the program and services offered
• Evaluate and recommend services based upon resident needs.
• Manages resident schedules for private duty care as indicated on the care plan.
• Triages resident, family, and employee questions and issues.
• Provides guidance and supervision to Aides for non-clinical performance issues

What You Will Need

• Two years of experience in scheduling for home care, healthcare, or environment serving the senior population preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office - Word, Excel.
• Experience in working with UKG Dimensions, Kronos, or other advanced time tracking software preferred.
