Summary of Job Duties:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting all department/clinic staff and providers. Ensures the procedural schedules are managed according to policies and procedures in a manner that yields maximum utilization and accuracy. Scheduling Coordinators have an in-depth understanding of the operational areas to effectively meet the patient and provider needs. Highly focused on customer service and achievement of perioperative utilization metrics.
