Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service-focused Scheduler to join our Axis Spine Team!
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments for patients, managing assigned providers' schedules, verifying demographic and insurance information for patients, and verifying that proper records and documentation are in place for appointments. Maintain accurate records associated with the scheduling and the processing of patient documentation. Provides excellent customer service to callers on a multi-line phone system. Returns voicemails to callers in a timely manner. Projects a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of patients, coworkers, and the Northwest Specialty Hospital as appropriate. This position will require excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Works under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service. Other duties as assigned.
