OhioHealth is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily scheduling for in-patient and out-patient procedures and to verify patient demographics and insurance information.
You will coordinate pre-registration, guide patients on where to check in, and maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service across departments. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork within the Ortho Surgeons Grant department.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the daily scheduling of all in-patient and/or out-patient procedures. Verifies demographic and insurance information. Requires knowledge of medical procedures and terminology. Provides exceptional customer service. Educates patients of where they need to check in for procedures and how to come prepared.
